Through relatable insights and real-life experiences, it offers guidance on overcoming challenges, deepening your meditation practice, and developing lasting inner peace, clarity, and compassion.
If we understand the benefits of Taking and Giving we will naturally engage in the practice.
If we develop the wish to abandon samsara, we will look for a method to do this. Only Buddha teaches this method. Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha are the real wishfulfilling Jewels.
Everything starts with imagination. By using our imagination we can make the reality we wish for an actual reality.
Taking the real meaning of human life is freedom. Freedom depends on what we want.
We can develop compassion through developing Affectionate love, Cherishing love and Wishing love-wishing all beings to be happy. Then compassion will naturally arise. Compassion is a mind that is motivated by cherishing others and wishes them to be free from suffering.
We wish to become a Buddha, not for our own glory, but simply so that we have all the qualities to liberate all living beings from their suffering.
There is no outer solution to the painful feelings that are coming from within. We can fix the computer by repairing it, but we also need to address and solve our real problem which is our own unhappiness
Buddha taught three things to do to solve all our own problems. A person who has solved all their problems becomes uniquely qualified to help others solve theirs.
Although Tantra is very popular, not many people understand its real meaning.
Buddha taught how to distinguish outer problems from our inner problems and how to correctly identify them, so that we can learn how to solve all our problems.
