Entering the New Year with Buddha’s Blessings – Part 2
Jan 7, 2025
The Australian Kadampa Festival this year was hosted by KMC Australia and KMC Melbourne with empowerments and teachings with Gen-la Kelsang Khyenrab. It was a very blessed occasion and richly rewarding time for everyone.
Literally thousands of people attended Kadampa centers around the world as New Years Eve rolled from one country to another. They gathered for meditation and prayer, often praises and requests to Mother Tara, festive meals, virtuous entertainment and the joyful association that only spiritual friends can provide.
Last night the Temple at Manjushri KMC, the mother center of NKT-IKBU, was filled with fortunate ones celebrating the New Year in a deeply meaningful way with Gen-la Dekyong.
As the New Year approaches, we review the activities at Kadampa centers around the world in the last days of December and look forward to the New Year celebrations.
