What's on in January 2020
Through the great kindness of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche, modern Kadampa Buddhism is flourishing throughout the world.
For many Kadampa centers, January is a time for retreat. Here we list some of the retreats and other special events scheduled for January 2020.
This is just a selection. In addition, throughout January there are literally hundreds of courses scheduled at individual centers from weekend and day courses to regular weekly classes.

Australia National Kadampa Festival at Kadampa Meditation Centre, Australia with Gen-la Kelsang Khyenrab, retired General Spiritual Director and National Spiritual Director of Canada.
Gen-la will grant the empowerment of Buddha Vajrasattva, the embodiment of enlightened purification and explain how to purify negative karma – the real obstacle to a happy and meaningful life.
