Pure behaviour comes from guarding our mind from negativity. We can admire a person who practices moral discipline. It is a big job.
Higher moral discipline is an intention to refrain from negative or harmful actions.
The spiritual path is condensed into three – higher moral discipline, higher concentration, and higher wisdom
Temporary liberation from suffering is not enough. The only liberation is following the spiritual path
One of the most important beneficial belief we develop is that our Spiritual Guide is an emanation of Buddha.
