VENERABLE GESHE KELSANG GYATSO RINPOCHE
Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche devoted his entire life to making the pure teachings of Buddha available in a modern form to people throughout the world.
Now Venerable Geshe-la's followers holding him at their hearts continue his work with auspicious projects in every region of the world.
This month precious blessing empowerments were given at KMC Austria in Vienna and KMC North Carolina. These events help us to develop compassion and wisdom, to appreciate our great potential, and eventually lead us to permanent peace and liberation from suffering.
This weekend, over 300 Kadampas gathered in Mexico for the 2024 Dharma Celebration, where they received the blessings of Buddha Amitayus from Gen Kelsang Sangden. Participants engaged in teachings on The Yoga of Buddha Amitayus, deepening their meditation practice and reflecting on the precious value of human life. Inspired and uplifted, they returned home determined to pursue enlightenment for the benefit of all.

Three Dharma Celebrations recently took place across the vast space of Canada. Gen-la Jampa, the National Spiritual Director for Canada, began his journey of granting the blessing empowerment of Buddha Shakyamuni at three Celebrations: one in Western Canada, one in Quebec, and one in Ontario. The last Kadampa National Festival this year is going to take place in Singapore on 13 – 16 December 2024. Attendees will receive the blessing empowerment of Buddha Shakyamuni and Teachings on Liberating Prayer, led by Gen Kelsang Rabten.
