As the January retreat month draws to a close we turn our thoughts to all those whose kindness made the retreats possible.

At Manjushri KMC, the mother center of Modern Kadampa Buddhism, the whole of January is given over to retreat.

The Vajrayogini counting retreat in Mexico is so inspiring. The center has rented a hacienda a couple of hours outside Mexico City, which has enabled them to set strict boundaries and enjoy a degree of silence and isolation not available in the city.
