The 2026 International Fall Festival offers a wonderful opportunity to be part of something meaningful even before it begins. By arriving early as a volunteer, you can help create this special event alongside people from all around the world, make lasting friendships, enjoy a joyful sense of community, and share in the rewarding experience of preparing the Festival together.
It’s been a joyful and inspiring start to the new term at Compassion KMC and Maitreya KBC in the UK, and at KMC Valladolid in Spain. From uplifting teachings and practical advice for everyday life, to connecting with the local community and welcoming new faces, it’s wonderful to see these three Centers sharing the benefits of meditation, wisdom and a peaceful mind in their communities.
KMC Monterrey and Resident Teacher Kelsang Damcho welcomed more than 250 people to the MARCO Museum of Contemporary Art for an inspiring evening talk exploring practical wisdom and meditation to help overcome anger.
Recent gatherings at KMC Colombia, KMC Campinas, Brazil and Drolma KBC, Mexico offered students precious opportunities to deepen their meditation practice and explore the transformative potential of the mind.
KMC Mexico hosted an inspiring retreat to deepen Vajrayogini practice, followed by a public talk on calming the mind, offering the community meaningful opportunities to cultivate greater peace, wisdom, and inspiration in daily life.
Following the joy and inspiration of the Summer Festival, Kadampa practitioners gathered at Tara IKRC and Heruka KMC for two special retreats, taking precious time to deepen their practice and integrate the teachings they had received. Through meditation, stillness, friendship, and community, both retreats offered ideal conditions for practitioners to deepen their experience, and carry the blessings of the Festival into their daily lives.
Following the 2026 International Summer Festival, practitioners gathered at two beautiful Temples for World Peace in Spain and Portugal for special Post-Festival retreats.
Guest Teacher Gen Kelsang Tonglam led a special Post-Festival retreat at Tharpaland KMC, guiding participants on a profound and inspiring inner journey into the practice of Sutra and Tantra. He also gave a public talk at KMC Berlin, sharing heartfelt and practical wisdom on how to remain peaceful, relaxed, and happy amid the busyness of daily life.
From the joyful community of KMC Madrid to the peaceful setting of KMC Barcelona, surrounded by the mountains of Montserrat, two Post-Festival retreats held in Spain offered precious opportunities to deepen the experience of Dharma.
