Vajrayogini Practice of Dakini Yoga
A heartfelt thank you to our visiting Teacher, Gen Rabka, for guiding our post-Summer Festival retreat here at KMC Hong Kong.(opens in new tab)
We have been blessed with a precious opportunity to deepen our meditative experience of the Vajrayogini practices by engaging in the Dakini Yoga sadhana together. Gen Rabka kindly shared invaluable advice to help us improve our practice, integrate these precious teachings into our busy daily lives, and continue practicing with a joyful and positive mind.
We are deeply grateful for Gen Rabka's guidance, encouragement, and inspiration, and for this wonderful opportunity to strengthen our practice together.

Blessed Heruka Practice
The New Essence of Vajrayana
We had a blessed and truly international Post-Festival Retreat at Madhyamaka KMC(opens in new tab), with more than 70 guests joining us from the US, China, Chile, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Australia, and Switzerland.
It is always a very special time of year when we welcome our Kadampa family from around the world and spend precious time together meditating, studying, and discussing Dharma.
Gen Ananda led a gentle yet powerful retreat, guiding us through the principal meditations from The New Essence of Vajrayana and offering precious instructions on how to integrate these practices into our daily lives. As the week progressed, we delved deeper into these profound meditations, developing greater confidence and inspiration to continue practicing them at home.
Thank you, Venerable Geshe-la and Gen Ananda, for this beautiful and inspiring retreat, and for helping us return home with renewed faith, wisdom, and enthusiasm for our Dharma practice.
