strong blessings at fire puja in Chicago, USA
Fortunate Kadampas from Chicago and Indiana participated in a Vajrayogini fire puja at Kadampa Meditation Center Chicago. Resident Teacher Gen Kelsang Zamling presided, while Gen Chokyi, Resident Teacher at Kadampa Meditation Center Indianapolis and Kadampa Meditation Center Bloomington, served as fire puja assistant. We all definitely felt Geshe-la’s strong blessings during this magical event.
Through our collective merit, may Dharma flourish throughout the Midwest and beyond.

Jangchub Ling KBC, UK, CELEBRATED 20 YEARS
Jangchub Ling Kadampa Buddhist Center was inaugurated by Venerable Geshe-la in 2005 as the home of Kadam Dharma in the English West Midlands.
Since then, our small but big-hearted center has faithfully served this community, helping thousands to improve their peace of mind and travel the spiritual path.
Our goal is to live up to our name, ‘Jangchub Ling’, which means ‘Place of Enlightenment’, and to work continuously to fulfill Venerable Geshe-la’s vision for lasting peace in this world.
With that vision in mind, we invited our National Spiritual Director, Kadam Bridget Heyes, to give a talk on How to Make Optimism a Habit as part of our anniversary celebrations. Kadam Bridget skilfully introduced the path of Kadampa meditation to eighty people at a local venue, helping us to see how true optimism meets all the world’s problems with a powerful, transformative wisdom.
After this inspiring talk many people returned to the center, where we engaged in Offering to the Spiritual Guide prayers to thank our Founder, Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso for Jangchub Ling KBC and the meaningful life it helps us find.
We dedicate the merit of this day’s celebration to the flourishing of Kadam Dharma over the next twenty years and beyond. May everyone be happy!
For the first time Amitayus Retreat in Xalapa
For the first time at Vajrapani Kadampa Buddhist Center in Xalapa, we enjoyed a beautiful Yoga of Buddha Amitayus retreat. We feel very happy and grateful. A week before, as part of our preparation for the retreat, we had a Shrine and Offerings Workshop given by two Kadampa practitioners invited from KMC Mexico. We are very lucky!

powerful blessings of Buddha Vajrapani in Bexhill-on-Sea, UK
Maitreya Kadampa Buddhist Centre in Bexhill-on-Sea enjoyed a very special day receiving the powerful blessings of Buddha Vajrapani from our Resident Teacher, Gen Kelsang Rak-ma. In the afternoon, we looked at how to correctly identify and oppose our only enemy, our own delusions, in order to benefit ourselves and others. We then had the precious opportunity to engage together in the Yoga of Buddha Vajrapani.
