Open day at KMC Leeds

On Sunday Kadampa Meditation Centre Leeds offered guided meditations, historic building tours throughout the day and Q&A with their Resident Teacher, Buddhist monk, Gen Kelsang Rabten available to everyone in their local area.

Located in Waterloo House, Assembly Street in the heart of Leeds city centre, adjacent to the Corn Exchange

Drop-in meditation classes at the centre and around Leeds are open to everyone and include step-by-step guided meditations, talks and informal discussions. These classes allow you to relax, enjoy some meditation, and return home feeling refreshed and inspired.
