Fall Festival 2019 registration goes live this Saturday, December 15 at 1pm UK time.
Here is some useful information about transportation and Festival dining to help you with your booking.
To help you prepare for booking, this newsletter focuses on transportation, Festival dining and how to speed up your booking.
Airport information & shuttles
You can travel to the Festival via different airports. More information can be found on the Travel Info page. The Festival will provide shuttles from Phoenix and Las Vegas airports. See below.
If there is sufficient interest we may also be able to arrange shuttles from Prescott airport. To register an interest please complete this form.
Phoenix, Arizona: Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX)
Distance: 2.5 hour drive to Festival site
Shuttle Times:
Cost: $50 one-way per person
Las Vegas, Nevada: McCarran International Airport (LAS)
Distance: 3.5-4 hour drive to Festival site
Shuttle Times:
Cost: $70 one-way per person
Please note, availability of all airport shuttles is subject to demand. If you book for a shuttle at a particular time that has insufficient demand, we will notify you in writing.
Hotel shuttles
Those who book official Festival hotels will be able to book shuttles that will run between the hotels and the Festival site each morning and evening.
For these shuttles priority will be given to those who have booked hotel accommodation through the Festival website.
It may be possible for people living offsite but not in official Festival accommodation to book for these shuttles subject to available space, but this information will not be available until nearer the time. To register an interest please complete this form.
Daily shuttles into Williams and Flagstaff
Shuttles will also run to and from Williams in the morning and evening. Cost is $8 per person per day.
Each afternoon, shuttles will run to and from Williams and downtown Flagstaff to allow people to have lunch off-site or explore the area.
Parking
Onsite parking is available at the Festival site only for those who book for the whole Festival. For those booking for only part of the Festival offsite parking with shuttle service will be available at the Circle Pines KOA Campground.
Cost for an onsite parking pass: $8 per day per vehicle. Cost for offsite parking is $3 per day per vehicle plus $7 per person for a return shuttle.
Festival Dining
For those staying onsite, breakfast is included in the accommodations fee. People staying both onsite and off-site can book lunch and dinner by ordering a Festival Meal Pass when booking. Alternatively you can take advantage of the various food options available from the onsite cafés and food courts.
Most of the Festival hotels include breakfast and also have microwaves and refrigerators in the rooms. The Sonesta ES and some of the cabins at the Circle Pines KOA have full kitchens with some rooms; but be sure to check each hotel’s details on the accommodations page.
