Mistaken appearance. Why we need to gain enlightenment

Apart from Enlightened beings all beings have mistaken appearance. We see a gap between ourselves and others. There is no gap. This is where uncontrolled desire comes from. Delusions arise from mistaken appearance, Things appear and disappear and are not inherent existence. Enlightenment is the supreme goal.
