Work Day with Resident Teachers preparing for International Summer Festival
Jul 21, 2026
The National Festival was a profoundly meaningful time for our community. It was not just an event: it was a space where we could sincerely connect with Kadam Dharma, open our hearts, and recognize that it is always possible to transform our minds.
The Festival welcomed 125 in-person participants, 40 online attendees, and guests from Buenos Aires, Mendoza, Córdoba, Santa Fe, Río Negro, Tierra del Fuego, Corrientes, and Uruguay.
One of the most special moments was the Vajrasattva empowerment with Gen-la Kelsang Jampa. Through this empowerment, we received powerful blessings to purify our negativities and to begin, with honesty and joy, the inner cleansing process that allows us to progress on our spiritual path.
The teachings on Vajrasattva practice showed us how to apply the Four Opponent Powers effectively, how to recognize our faults without guilt, how to generate the determination to change, and how to rely on Vajrasattva practice to create the causes for a truly peaceful mind.
We also enjoyed two beautiful guided meditations with Gen Kelsang Rinchung, which helped us bring these instructions directly into our experience. These were moments of stillness, reflection and clarity, reminding us of the immense value of sincere practice.
The guidance of Gen-la Jampa in every session inspired us deeply. His clarity, compassion, and direct way of presenting Dharma helped us understand that purification is a real and accessible method for transforming our lives.
This path now culminates with the Festival Retreat this Saturday, led by Kelsang Panchen, where we will have the opportunity to put everything we have learned into practice, deepen our purification, and consolidate the Festival experience in our hearts.
Let us continue advancing together, step by step, with a purer mind, clearer motivation, and the determination to bring peace to our world.
On Sunday, Resident Teachers participating in the International Teacher Training Program took a break from their studies to help with the Summer Festival Preparations.
