Thanks to the pure intention and dedication inspired in us by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche — through his extraordinary example and blessings — many people have worked tirelessly to make it possible for Dharma to flourish in Mexico. Here we share moments from the 30th anniversary of Kadam Dharma in Mexico City, a visiting Teacher in Monterrey, and joyful kids’ activities in Querétaro.

CELEBRATing 30 YEARS of Kadam dharma IN MEXICO CITY

2025 marks the 30th anniversary of the founding of Dharmachakra Buddhist Center in Mexico City. Kadampa Meditation Center Mexico, now located in the Benito Juárez delegation, built and opened its new space two years ago. This space is dedicated to peace in the world and the benefit of all beings in the local area. Through the activities offered, everyone can benefit from Buddhist teachings and meditation and learn tools to cultivate inner peace.

Thanks to the pure intention and dedication that Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso has inspired in us through his example and blessings, many people have contributed tirelessly to make it possible for us to commemorate this anniversary.

May Dharma Kadam continue to flourish in Mexico and throughout the world.

At Sukhavati KBC in our Dharma for kids class, we developed the recognition that all beings are our kind mothers. Then we contemplated and meditated on the kindness of our mothers in this life and all our past lives. Happy Mother's Day to all sentient beings!

We enjoyed our teachings and meditation and it was followed by brunch for mothers in this life!
