Festival 2025
Over 100 people attended the Nordic National Festival, where Gen-la Kelsang Khyenrab granted the empowerment of Buddha Vajrapani at the beautiful City Temple in Stockholm.
The Power to Change – training the mind

We learned how to guard the wound of our mind through the practices of mindfulness and alertness. Gen-la also shared advice from Shantideva on maintaining effort in our practice:
When I find myself assailed by a host of delusions,
I will oppose them in a thousand ways.
Like a lion among a group of foxes,
I will not allow myself to be harmed by delusions.
We left the Festival having received powerful blessings from Guru Vajrapani, with an even stronger connection to our precious Sangha and with renewed confidence to tame our elephant-like mind and thus be of real benefit to others.
