National Festivals in South Africa and the Nordic region

Two National Festivals are taking place in March. These events are a cherished opportunity to recharge spiritually as well as creating causes for Dharma to grow in our countries.

 KMC Durban in South Africa is hosting the South African National Festival on 20 - 23 March, while KMC Stockholm, in Sweden, is hosting the Nordic National Festival on 28 - 31 March 2025.

South African National Festival ~ 20 - 23 March

Avalokiteshvara Empowerment and Teachings with Gen Kelsang Rabten, the National Spiritual Director of Australasia & South East Asia, and the Resident Teacher of KMC Australia and KMC Melbourne.

At the South African National Festival, Gen Rabten, will grant the empowerment of Avalokiteshvara – the Buddha of Compassion and give teachings on how to develop our compassion.

He will also share special teachings and insights of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche on how to engage in this practice according to the very blessed instructions in Mirror of Dharma with Additions.
