Over the last few weeks of this year, participants in France, Switzerland and Ottawa have had the opportunity to explore meaningful objects such as karma and emptiness in various winter courses.
ILLUSION, REALITY & WISDOM AT KAILASH IRC
We had our last Meditation in the Mountains on the topic Illusion, Reality, Wisdom—overcoming your own limitations at Kailash International Retreat Center in Switzerland.
Gen Devi, Resident Teacher of Kailash International Retreat Center and Kadampa Meditation Center Switzerland, taught us profound teachings on emptiness, the ultimate truth of all phenomena. How wonderful!

Special Course with Gen Lochani at KMC Toulouse
On the weekend of 14th and 15th December 2024, Gen Kelsang Lochani, Resident Teacher of KMC Barcelona, came to KMC Toulouse as a guest Teacher, giving us three keys to overcoming our fears and living life fully.
How can we overcome our fears? This was the main question of the weekend. Throughout the weekend, Gen Lochani shared advice and methods from Buddhist wisdom on how to achieve this goal and create peace of mind so that we can enjoy deep and lasting happiness.
DETOX THE MIND COURSE AT KMC OTTAWA
We had a wonderful course last Saturday with Gen Thekchen at KMC Ottawa, called Detox the Mind.
Everyone came away very enthusiastic about Gen Thekchen's skillful teaching, which just made the practice of purifying negative karma make such good sense, on so many levels.
We all began to feel faith that we ourselves can do this effectively - and we returned for the one-day guided retreat the next day with great anticipation. It was also wonderful.
