The Dharma is developing in Rio de Janeiro (Brazil) with the first visit to a new place and Dharma is taught for the first time in Rosario (Argentina) with a public talk followed by a retreat
Auspicious April at KMC Rio
During the month of April KMC Rio de Janeiro had two particularly blessed occasions to celebrate. Volunteers gathered for a Center Cherishing Day, in preparation for the empowerment ceremony on the following weekend. The day ended with a visit to a new building recently acquired for the center, and Wishfulfilling Jewel on the new premises.
From the 20th to the 23rd, Resident Teacher Kelsang Chochin granted the blessing empowerment of Je Tsongkhapa, then gave the transmission of Venerable Geshe-la's teaching on The Yoga of Buddha Heruka from the 2010 Fall Festival in Brazil. This was followed by a two-day retreat on the same practice.

New visits and new starts - Rosario (Argentina)
For the first time in mid-March we organized a public talk and retreat with Gen Kelsang Rinchung in the City of Rosario, in the province of Santa Fe.
About 70 people participated in the public talk and about 30 people in the retreat. They had the opportunity to receive practical advice on how to transform adverse conditions in their spiritual path.
At the end of the event people were very grateful and appreciated the simple, profound and clear teachings of Kadam Dharma.
Rosario is located 300 km from Buenos Aires and 400 km from Cordoba. It is the third largest city in the country.
