IKRC Menorca in Retreat
After starting the year with the blessings of Buddha Tara, the community at IKRC Menorca, Spain, is drawing closer and closer to Guru Sumati Buddha Heruka during their January Retreat. This blessed month of January will be concluded with the Heruka Body Mandala Retreat in the serene surroundings of IKRC Menorca.
New Year's Eve Celebration
The International Kadampa Retreat, Center Menorca community engaged in 24-hour Tara chanting with the Liberation from Sorrow sadhana to welcome the new year with renewed energy and an open and positive mind! The evening was accompanied by a delicious meal shared in the festive yet reflective atmosphere.
January Retreats
We feel so fortunate and privileged to engage in a Guru Sumati Buddha Heruka retreat here at IKRC Menorca, one of those wonderful places that Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso has visited and blessed. The retreat has now become silent, and the blessings and peace intensify. Everything is organized, so fortunate practitioners who joyfully follow our Guru's advice can complete the close retreat, concluding with the Vajradaka fire puja.
We will also host the Heruka Body Mandala Retreat from 26-31 January, to which everybody is welcome!
