400 people gathered at Manjushri KMC (both in-person and online) for a special New Year's Celebration with Gen-la Kelsang Dekyong, General Spiritual Director of NKT and Resident Teacher.

"The evening began with an encouraging talk by Gen-la on how to make the most of the coming year to improve our spiritual practice, followed by a wonderful guided meditation.

"Then after a break for refreshments, we returned to the Temple to bring the New Year in with another special teaching and Prayers for World Peace.

"Gen-la guided us to develop a calm mind and a kind heart with a special breathing meditation. We remained focused on this inner peace and joyful feeling as the clock struck midnight, engaging in prayers for world peace together."
