Last night, KMC Edinburgh enjoyed a wonderful evening with Kadam Bridget Heyes, National Spiritual Director for UK and Ireland.

On her way to teach at the Scottish Dharma Celebration this weekend, Kadam Bridget visited KMC Edinburgh to give a public talk entitled Overcoming Anxiety with Meditation.

The room was packed with the biggest attendance yet in the new center. Young and old from all walks of life poured in, eager to hear how to deal with this ever growing problem.

And Kadam Bridget did not disappoint. She offered practical solutions, presenting Buddha’s wisdom in an inspiring way.

The joy and gratitude of those attending was demonstrated when she left the room to a heartfelt round of applause.

Gen-la Kelsang Kunsang, Resident Teacher at KMC Edinburgh, will teach a 3-week follow up course entitled Learning to Love, Learning to Live.
