Designed by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche based on the holy mandala of Buddha Heruka, Kadampa Temples symbolise all the stages of the path we must accomplish to attain enlightenment for the benefit of others.
Recently, as if polishing pure refined gold, the King of Spain bestowed an architectural award on the Temple in Málaga, which was received by the architect at a special ceremony in Almeira.

KMC Spain just held an open house weekend. 600 people from the surrounding towns, including Malaga, Granada and Seville, came to see this beautiful Temple and enjoy guided meditations from the Resident Teacher Gen Chokga, guided tours of the whole site and special activities for children and families.
After her participation in the ITTP at Manjushri Cente, the Summer Festival and the post-festival retreat at the Sintra World Peace Temple, our Resident Teacher, Gen Lochani, has finally returned to Barcelona. We met with her first at the urban temple in the city for a special day full of friends – a family of more than 200 people, welcoming their most beloved member.
