Kadam Dharma in Spain is flourishing. Here we report on three centers that span almost the length of the county: KMC Spain in Málaga, KMC Madrid and KMC Barcelona in Montserrat.
Twelve years ago, Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche donated to KMC Spain a sapling of a Bodhi tree descended from the original tree in Bodh Gaya, beneath which Buddha attained enlightenment.
The new Temple in Málaga is making extraordinary progress thanks to the efforts of a very professional and dedicated team of workers. How kind they are! Here we see the walls being built for the shrine and prep room, the roof completed and work beginning of the services infrastructure inside.

Kadam Dharma is growing in the Rhine Valley in Germany, a major area that is home to more than 18 million people.
KMC Spain recently completed a brief Heruka Body Mandala retreat based on the blessed sadhana by Venaerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche called The Yoga of Buddha Heruka. Gen Chokga, Resident Teacher and National Spiritual Director, led the retreat in conjunction with teachings by Gen-la Thubten.
KMC Liverpool in the UK have been using the lockdown to redecorate and update the center, especially the Meditation Room.
In this update we see more extraordinary progress on the new Temple in Málaga, with the roof installed, the first stage of the Temple walls underway and great progress on the drainage system.
Through the kindness of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche, at the request of Dutch practitioners, Kadam Dharma has now reappeared online in the Netherlands.
