Inspiring visits bring joy and meaning

In September we joyfully celebrated our Open Week at KMC Spain and KMC Málaga. It was a very special occasion where we offered numerous free activities: meditation classes, introductory talks, guided tours of the Temple, and inspiring practices open to everyone.
More than 300 people took part in these activities, discovering Kadampa Buddhism and experiencing how meditation can help reduce stress, find inner peace, and transform daily life.
The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, full of new smiles and moments of connection, showing that more and more people are looking for spaces of calm and clarity in their everyday lives.
We thank everyone who participated and to all those who made this meaningful week possible. We will continue creating opportunities to share meditation, wisdom, and inner peace together!
At Manjushri KMC, the Temple for World Peace, we enjoyed a very special morning with the public talk & meditation Building Habits for a Better Life with Gen Drolkyi.
More than 150 people came together to meditate, explore practical methods for cultivating inner peace and living with greater purpose, and to enjoy the beautiful gardens and harmonious atmosphere of the center.
We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who joined us, both in person and online. Your presence and openness made it possible to share Kadam Dharma with the world, planting seeds of love, clarity, and transformation.
We also give thanks to Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche, whose vision has made it possible for centers like this to be places where we can gather, learn, and grow together on the Kadampa path. May this experience inspire us all to carry what we learned into daily life, building virtuous habits that bring benefit to ourselves and those around us.
On a beautiful day at Pheasant Branch Park in Middleton, WI, our community came together for a Walk for World Peace, raising $20,000 to support KMC Madison’s efforts in spreading Dharma throughout Wisconsin, Iowa, and Minnesota.
The event began with an inspired teaching and a brief guided meditation led by our Resident Teacher, Gen Dorje, setting a peaceful and purposeful tone. We then walked together along trails winding through natural bubbling springs, rolling hills, and prairies bursting with wildflowers—a truly uplifting setting for our shared intention of peace.
After the walk, we gathered for a vegetarian picnic and shared laughter with new friends. The sense of harmony and goodwill was so strong that everyone agreed: this should become an annual tradition.
Thank you to every kind mind who joined us in wishing for peace at home and throughout the world.
A magnificent Sunday! Near Montpellier, newcomers and Sangha gathered for a meditative hike under a radiant sun. We then settled down for guided meditations on the clarity of mind. A moment of joy and sharing and feeling close to Venerable Geshe-la!
Teachers from around the world visited Kadampa communities in Edinburgh (UK), Paris (France), Concepción (Chile), and Madrid (Spain), sharing practical teachings, guided meditations, and inspiring advice that helped participants deepen their experience of Dharma in daily life.
