Inspiring Visits from Senior Teachers
Jun 2, 2026
Last week, 46 people participated in a retreat in Córdoba, Argentina.
We meditated and listened to teachings about love from the book, How to Transform your Life, and enjoyed a weekend of peace, love and tranquillity.
Then many lucky people enjoyed a talk about the power of meditation with our National Spiritual Director, Gen Kelsang Rinchung.
We are very grateful for these days full of inspiration and love.
We had a wonderful weekend in Uruguay, a truly inspiring spiritual experience with the special visit of Gen Kelsang Rinchung, our National Spiritual Director.
On Friday, more than 40 people attended the public talk, where we learned about the power of meditation and how this practice can help us deal with stress and anxiety.
On Saturday, we enjoyed a beautiful course on how to improve our love and cherishing of others, with 22 people taking part. We also shared delicious coffee and cake, and spent meaningful time together as a community.
May everyone receive these precious teachings, and may Kadam Dharma flourish in every country.
This past weekend KMC Granada was delighted to welcome the National Spiritual Director of Spain, Gen Kelsang Chokga. Nearly 90 people gathered for this precious event, which filled the center with inspiration and joy.
Gen Chokga shared many essential keys for meditating in a qualified way so that we can succeed in our practice. She gave invaluable instructions on the power of mindfulness, emphasizing how important it is to direct our attention to virtue and positive states of mind, while abandoning inappropriate attention that only gives rise to problems and suffering.
Once again, we feel immense gratitude and joy for the great good fortune of having such qualified Kadampa Teachers. With clarity, warmth and love, Gen Chokga helped us connect deeply with Buddha’s teachings and discover the path to genuine inner peace. Thank you, Venerable Geshe-la, for making this possible.
Visiting Teachers brought practical wisdom and joyful inspiration to Kadampa communities in Fort Collins and Guadalajara, helping participants discover greater inner peace, concentration, and freedom from anxiety.
