Visiting teachers travelled to give courses at KMC Toulouse, KMC Cuernavaca and KMC Bilbao. They taught the path of compassion and wisdom, and how to lead a life of profound purpose.

Gen-la Khyenrab visits Toulouse for the first time

We welcomed Gen-la Khyenrab to KMC Toulouse for the first time for a weekend in September.

Many people came to the public talk and then took the Bodhisattva Vow the following day. It was a fabulous weekend and Gen-la Khyenrab was able to answer all our questions and take time with us even after the teachings.

"I finally have my own space, a place to go within and find my own source of happiness. I will disconnect from my problems and connect with the best of me and return to my routine with a new mind."

VIRTUOUS DAYS WITH GEN KELSANG SANGDEN IN CUERNAVACA

We spent three very virtuous days this past weekend with the visit of our beloved National Spiritual Director, Gen Kelsang Sangden, at KMC Cuernavaca.

More than 170 people listened to wise advice on how to solve our anger problem and enjoyed the course/retreat How does the world exist? How do I exist? and the prayers Offering to Spiritual Guide with which we celebrate the day when Buddha returned from the land of the 33 Heavens.

We heard powerful teachings on what Buddha called 'ultimate truth'. By practising these teachings, we abandon the problems of anger and attachment, free ourselves from self-grasping, and nurture our indestructible potential to achieve permanent peace.

SPECIAL WEEKEND EVENT WITH GEN LOCHANI AT KMC BILBAO

Last weekend Gen Kelsang Lochani, KMC Barcelona's Resident Teacher, visited and taught a special weekend event at KMC Bilbao, the main center of the Basque Country in Spain.

The topic was love; it brought together many new people as well as local students, who felt uplifted and encouraged by Gen Lochani to open their hearts to real peace of mind, unlimited love and kindness.
