During the month of July, inspiring retreats were held at KMC Barcelona, KMC Hong Kong and Lamrim KBC (Lyon, France).

GURU YOGA AND MANDALA OFFERING RETREAT AT KMC BARCELONA
During the month of July at KMC Barcelona several practitioners completed this beautiful annual retreat.
The mandala is the entire universe visualized as completely pure and offered to our Spiritual Guide and the Buddhas. Making this offering is the best method to receive deep inspiring energy and create inner wealth that is a cause of spiritual realizations.
By making mandala offerings we also reduce our attachment to worldly enjoyments and possessions, and accumulate great merit or good fortune.

KMC HONG KONG - Kadam Lamrim weekend retreat
Following the Abiding in the Pure Land of Kadam Lamrim weekend course with Gen Tonglam last weekend, we had a precious opportunity this week to engage in a guided Lamrim retreat to deepen our experience of the Lamrim meditations. The retreat was based on Venerable Geshe-la’s book, The Mirror of Dharma with Additions.
A big thank you to our Kadampa Teachers for their guidance and to the managers and helpers for organizing this wonderful event.

This retreat was open to anyone who wished to increase their spiritual energy, purify their mind and receive the inspiring blessings of the Buddhas.
Thanks to the power of imagination we created today the world we want for tomorrow. It was an opportunity to accumulate merit, make requests to all the Buddhas and to purify our world.
