A heartfelt thank you to Venerable Geshe-la and to Gen Tonglam for teaching us how to practice love and compassion in meditation and also during our busy daily life. Gen Tonglam also encouraged us to strengthen our connection with Buddha Avalokiteshvara because with his powerful blessings we will be able to see our world and all living beings through the eyes of compassion. This will give us the energy to progress along the spiritual path and eventually attain enlightenment for the benefit of all living beings.
