Ten years ago on Je Tsongkhapa Day, Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche opened the fourth Kadampa Temple for World Peace in Sintra, Portugal. The opening was followed by the Fall Festival 2013 held in Cascais, Portugal, which was attended by over 7,000 people.
