The North Wing Meditation Room at Manjushri KMC is a very blessed place where Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche gave teachings and granted empowerments for many years before the Temple was built.
This year over 40 fortunate Kadampas from all over the world will gather here for six months for the bi-annual Intensive Teacher Training Program with Gen-la Khyenrab.

Gen-la Kelsang Khyenrab is a retired General Spiritual Director of NKT-IKBU and Resident Teacher at Tara International Retreat Centre, UK.
He is deeply respected throughout the Kadampa world as a sincere practitioner of Kadam Dharma and a powerful Teacher.
Gen-la will lead the program at Manjushri Kadampa Meditation Centre from February - August 2023.
what the teachers will study
The program is designed to prepare people to become Resident Teachers at Kadampa centers around the world.
Combining teachings from Gen-la with discussion, memorisation and teaching practice, the course covers in detail two precious books by Venerable Geshe-la - Modern Buddhism and Joyful Path of Good Fortune.
The course begins on February 19 and participants are already arriving to join the community at Manjushri KMC for the duration.
