THE PEACE OF CONCENTRATION RETREAT AT THE MÁLAGA TEMPLE
This past weekend Kadampa Meditation Center Spain organised a concentration retreat based on the meditations on equalising self with others guided by the Resident Teacher Gen Kelsang Chokga.
"During the retreat we alternated between periods of silence and times when we shared our experiences. The retreat ended with a beautiful walk."
