"In the introduction, Gen-la Kelsang Khyenrab, NKT-IKBU National Spiritual Director of Canada, invited us to contemplate methods to transform all our daily experiences, both pleasant and unpleasant, into the spiritual path to pure and everlasting happiness.

"He then granted the blessing empowerment ceremony of Buddha Green Tara and gave profound teachings on two precious texts of Modern Kadampa Buddhism: Advice from Atisha's Heart and the Three Principal Aspects of the Path, by Je Tsongkhapa.

"We thank him from the depths of our hearts for this special event and we are looking forward to Part 2 and 3."
