KMC Los Angeles walks for World Peace
KMC Los Angeles hosted its 9th Annual Walk for World Peace last weekend! Over 80 people joined the walk, which started with a guided meditation led by Gen Rigpa and was followed by a lovely walk to the park and a picnic lunch.
"So many of us deeply appreciated the time and space to connect as a community and be outdoors! Thank you to all who participated and to all who donated."
KMC DC qualified as a safe space
Recently, KMC DC was invited by GOODProjects and the Southwest Business Improvement District to the Garden Fest to Celebrate Safe Community Spaces.
Gen Kelsang Demo and Sanema guided meditations, while Anika was at the info desk letting people in Southwest DC know about meditation classes and programs at Kadampa Meditation Center, located in Southwest DC.
