Gen-la Kunsang, retired Deputy Spiritual Director and Resident Teacher at KMC Edinburgh, is in Cape Town in readiness for the South African National Festival this coming weekend.

On Wednesday, she visited the meditation students at COSAT high school in Khayelitsha township, Cape Town, South Africa.
Gen Pagpa, Resident Teacher of Tushita KMC, has been giving weekly meditation classes at the school for more than five years.

The school children, aged 13-18, were delighted to meet Gen-la and receive her meditation guidance and teaching.

‘It was great meeting Gen-la because I missed coming to meditation sessions. I enjoyed it and hope to come to meditation sessions when we don't have extra classes.’
