This weekend KMC Hong Kong hosted the East Asian Dharma Celebration.

Over 230 people from Hong Kong, China, Taiwan and the Philippines gathered at KMC HK to receive the blessing empowerment of Buddha Amitayus and commentary to The Yoga of Buddha Amitayus from Gen Kelsang Tonglam, the National Spiritual Director of the NKT-IKBU for East Asia.

Gen Tonglam gave inspiring teachings on going for refuge to the Three Jewels and emptiness and guided the self-generation and mantra recitation practices in the retreat.

All the prayers were chanted in Mandarin, including, the first time, the Request to the Holy Spiritual Guide Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso from his Faithful Disciples prayer. See bottom of page for the audio recording of this amazing prayer.
