Cast an eye over the Kadampa posts from recent weeks and you will have a glimpse of the extraordinary work of the International Temples Project around the world.

Magnificent temples appearing in Arizona and Malaga, city temples in many countries, exquisite statues, books in many languages, Dharma Celebrations, National Festivals and the International Fall Festival.

And this is just a glimpse – merely a few weeks in the life of this auspicious project.

In truth, the project is as big as Venerable Geshe-la’s compassionate wish for each and every living being throughout the world to meet modern Kadampa Buddhism and through this complete the path to enlightenment.

On a practical level this sublime wish is fulfilled through the work of  the International Temples Project (ITP), a global charity inaugurated by Venerable Geshe-la for this purpose.

This Friday, October 19, we all have a special opportunity to contribute directly to the work of the ITP by donating a day’s wages to the project as part of the annual Work a Day for World Peace event.

If you would like to contribute, simply visit the secure website at workadayforworldpeace.org and make your contribution online.

Thank you for your consideration.
