This year, for the first time, the Fall Festival will be held at Tharpaland International Retreat Centre. Very close to Berlin, Tharpaland IRC is easily accessible from the city’s airports and other transport hubs. Gen-la Kelsang Dekyong will grant the blessing empowerment of Buddha Avalokiteshvara and give teachings on Universal Compassion.
Accommodation both on and off-site is available, and airport shuttles make the journey from Berlin’s two main airports effortless.
