In the same Temple where Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche gave the transmission of Liberating Prayer in 2006, Gen Kelsang Chokga granted the blessing empowerment of Buddha Shakyamuni and gave a beautiful commentary to Liberating Prayer.
Last week volunteers from KMC Mexico and KMC Guadalajara helped out with Tharpa Mexico’s stall at the International Book Fair Guadalajara, the largest book fair in Iberoamerica.

Wonderful news! Tharpaland KMC has received approval from the local administration to build a five-tier Kadampa Temple for World Peace on the site.
Buenos Aires city council recently organised an event called “Temples night” during which people were encouraged to visit temples of different religions. The Center was packed and people were queuing at the door waiting to get in.
Jan 3 – Feb 13, 2020 marks another milestone for NKT-IKBU when Kadam Morten will lead the first annual Mountain Retreat in the new Temple at IKRC Grand Canyon, which was consecrated at the Fall Festival September 2019. An event not to be missed!
A record 320 people gathered at KMC France this weekend for the French Dharma Celebration with Guèn Kelsang Eupamé, National Spiritual Director for France. Guèn Eupamé granted the blessing empowerment of Medicine Buddha, whose function is to deliver living beings by bestowing blessings that heal all external and inner diseases.
January 2020 at Manjushri KMC will be a special time for retreat with four weeks of contemplation and meditation on Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche’s book Mirror of Dharma with Additions led by Gen-la Jampa and Gen Rabten.
They came from Germany, Austria and the Netherlands to receive empowerment and teachings from Gen-la Jampa. Lay and ordained, young and old – almost 200 people gathered at Tharpaland KMC to enjoy the German Kadampa Festival these last few days.
