Over the weekend, more than 200 people from different parts of Spain gathered at KMC Barcelona for the Northern Dharma Celebration with the National Espiritual Director of Spain and Portugal, Gen Kelsang Choga.
Last weekend several Kadampa centers in Spain held a variety of courses. These were very beautiful and unifying events, showing the power of Sangha of teamwork.
There was a joint special course with KMC Granada at KMC Spain in Malaga, a wisdom course at KMC Barcelona and walk and meditation with Lamrim KBC in Valladolid.
KMC Spain celebrated the second anniversary of the opening of Kadampa Temple for World Peace in Malaga on the 8th of June, continuing a tradition created last year. It was a great success with around 200 people from the local population attending, some of whom knew the Temple and some of whom came for the first time, receiving very meaningful impressions.
Following the Spring Festival, the Kadampa Meditation Centers in Kensington, Berlin, Hamburg and Barcelona held compelling public talks with special guest Teachers.
Every week Kadampa Centers all over the world offer a variety of courses on many different aspects of Buddha’s teachings. Two beautiful recent courses were at KMC Canada in Toronto and at KMC Barcelona.
Last month, from the runway of Sutra, our Tantric vehicle soared towards Dakini Land! Over 30 fortunate international Kadampas embarked on this blissful 6-week inner voyage of discovery, exploring the union of the Lamrim of Sutra and Vajrayogini Tantra in sublime, silent retreat conditions.
An amazing weekend on the Isle of Cumbrae for the annual Scottish Dharma Celebration. Kadam Bridget gave hope-filled, inspiring teachings and granted a very blessed empowerment. Gen Tubchen guided the peaceful morning meditations and Gen Norden gave the introduction. On Saturday afternoon many people got out for a wild and windy walk along the stunning coastline.

A 10 day silent retreat in the Swiss mountains with Gen Devi with endless mountain vistas, the first snowfall and the peaceful light of the full moon and a weekend course in Zurich with visiting teacher Gen Dragpa on the Wheel of Life.
Over the weekend at Kadampa Meditation Centre Vajravarahi in Toulouse, we experienced the empowering blessings of Buddha Shakyamuni alongside the Toulouse Sangha and welcomed many new faces. Almost 50 people participated in this special gathering.
