We enjoyed a deeply enriching weekend at Nagarjuna KMC with our Resident Teacher, Kadam Bridget Heyes, exploring the timeless wisdom of Buddha’s Heart Sutra through profound teachings and guided meditations.
Throughout the weekend, we discovered practical insights that helped us let go of inner obstacles, quiet the mind, and find greater peace in our everyday lives. Drawing on the extraordinary wisdom of the Heart Sutra, Kadam Bridget guided us towards a deeper understanding of reality and showed how these teachings can bring more freedom, clarity, and compassion into our lives.
The weekend provided a wonderful opportunity to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with what truly matters in a peaceful and inspiring atmosphere. It was a truly uplifting and thought-provoking weekend, and we were grateful to share such profound teachings and meditations together.
Our recent Clear Sky Mind retreat was a deeply meaningful and transformative weekend, offering the opportunity to meditate three times each day while exploring the true nature of the mind—what it is, where it is located, and how it functions.
Through these profound meditations and teachings, we discovered how our mind creates our experience of the world and we dedicated all our activities to peace in our country and throughout the world, remembering that without inner peace, outer peace is impossible.
Some experiences are difficult to capture in words, and this retreat was one of them—a beautiful inner journey filled with insight, stillness, and inspiration.
Heartfelt thanks to Gen Jampel for so gently guiding us towards the clear nature of our mind, and to Lucie, Scott, and the Pumula team for their warm-hearted hospitality and delicious meals, which made the weekend even more special.
During this inspiring course at Toluca KBC, participants reflected on how anger arises, discovering that it stems not from external circumstances but from the way we respond to them. They also learned that patience is not resignation but the cultivation of a strong, peaceful mind that can meet life's challenges with wisdom.
Through practical teachings, everyone explored effective methods for transforming their responses to difficulties, improving relationships, enhancing inner peace, and ultimately enriching their quality of life.
We hope everyone who attended continues to put these teachings into practice, cultivating a more peaceful mind and a more compassionate heart.
Recently, KMC Madrid enjoyed a wonderful Family Weekend, bringing together children, parents, and family members for a joyful and meaningful time together.
Throughout the weekend, families experienced Kadam Dharma in a warm and relaxed atmosphere filled with meditation, laughter, games, and moments of genuine connection. Through fun activities and shared experiences, everyone had the opportunity to become a child again and discover that Dharma can be learned with joy.
It was especially inspiring to see children connecting with Buddha's teachings from such a young age, creating precious virtuous imprints that will remain with them throughout their lives.
This special weekend was another beautiful expression of the immense kindness of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche, whose compassionate vision has made it possible for people of all ages to receive, practice, and enjoy Kadam Dharma.
Kadam Dharma truly is for everyone.
From profound retreats and practical teachings to joyful family gatherings, these inspiring events from around the world show how Kadam Dharma helps people cultivate inner peace, wisdom, compassion, and lasting happiness.
