National Spiritual Directors visiting in Mexico, UK and France
Three inspiring visits by National Spiritual Directors brought joy to Kadampa communities in Mexico, the UK and France. Gen-la Sangden visited San Cristóbal de las Casas, Kadam Bridget Hayes taught at KMC Manchester, and Gen Eupame visited Toulouse, France.
Gen-la Sangden Visits KBC Drolma in San Cristóbal de las Casas
The Sangha of KBC Drolma in San Cristóbal de las Casas, Mexico, had the special joy of welcoming Gen-la Kelsang Sangden, National Spiritual Director for Mexico, for a public talk entitled How to Heal Your Relationships with Others.
Nearly 100 people gathered to receive practical advice drawn from Buddha's wisdom — accessible, immediately applicable guidance for improving daily interactions and cultivating more harmonious, loving relationships with those around us. It was a wonderful opportunity to hear beautiful Dharma teachings through National Spiritual Director.
Gen Kelsang Eupamé Visits Vajravarahi KMC in Toulouse
The Sangha of Vajravarahi KMC in Toulouse, France, had the great joy of welcoming Gen Kelsang Eupamé, National Spiritual Director for France, for an inspiring weekend dedicated to the wisdom of emptiness.
More than 60 practitioners gathered for a public talk and a full day of teachings — receiving a profound and deeply inspiring exploration of one of Buddha's most liberating subjects. The Sangha of Vajravarahi KMC is warmly grateful to Gen Kelsang Eupamé for sharing these precious teachings with such clarity and generosity.

Visits KMC Manchester
The Sangha of KMC Manchester had the great privilege of welcoming Kadam Bridget for a special evening talk entitled From Worrier to Warrior — an inspiring exploration of where true happiness really comes from and how to find it within our own mind.
The evening welcomed many people discovering the center for the very first time, who enjoyed guided meditation alongside teachings drawn from Buddha's timeless wisdom. It was a warm and uplifting occasion, offering all who attended practical tools to transform difficulties into genuine opportunities for inner growth.
