A New Chapter at KMC Indaiatuba
KMC Indaiatuba celebrated Gen Chogyap’s many years of dedicated service and inspiration while warmly welcoming our new Resident Teacher, Jeff from Manchester in the UK, and Tina, our new EPC. This marks an exciting new chapter, ensuring that Venerable Geshe’s blessings continue to flourish, bringing Kadam Dharma, joy and benefit to many in Indaiatuba and the branch center in Botucatu for years to come.
Renewing Life, Illuminating the Year in São José dos Campos
In December, Heruka KMC in Brazil hosted an inspiring Long Life Retreat with The Yoga of Buddha Amitayus. During this special event, practitioners had the precious opportunity to contemplate deeply the preciousness of human life and the reality of death, recognizing these two realizations as essential foundations for a meaningful spiritual practice.
By engaging in several sessions of The Yoga of Buddha Amitayus, participants strengthened a powerful practice aimed at overcoming the two main obstacles on the spiritual path: death and ignorance. The retreat created the conditions to remove obstacles to longevity, increase lifespan and establish a pure Dharma practice, opening the coming year with wisdom, merit and purpose.
