Children Learning Dharma In Spain
Kadampa events for families are taking place all over the world, providing a wonderful opportunity for young minds to engage in meaningful and enriching activities. These events aim to cultivate positive minds, inner peace, and a sense of community among children. Here we're focusing on recent events in Spain.
FESTIniños AT THE KADAMPA TEMPLE IN MALAGA
KMC SPAIN WELCOMES CHILDREN, FAMILIES AND TEENAGERS
High school teenagers and teachers spent a morning at KMC Spain, enjoying a guided tour and a talk with meditation with Resident Teacher, Gen Kelsang Trime.
We also organized Festiniños 2025, where families with children enjoyed a weekend full of fun and meaningful learning: games to learn Dharma, a play with puppets, families reciting the mantra of Shakyamuni Buddha, meditations, and times to rest and enjoy the environment.
There were teachings and games about the six perfections, learning how to become a true friend of the world. Both adults and children enjoyed and learned a lot during this special weekend.
Family Weekend in La Sierra, Madrid
A weekend full of love, laughter, and wisdom for the whole family. We’ve just returned from a joyful family weekend in La Sierra… and our hearts are still smiling!
It was a special time of true connection, featuring meditations for all ages, meaningful crafts, Dharma stories, nature, and so much shared joy among kids, parents, and teachers.
Thank you to all the beautiful families who came to plant seeds of a good heart… in your children and all of us!
