CELEBRATING ENLIGHTENMENT AT KMC MEXICO
Last weekend we had the joy of sharing a beautiful fasting and purification retreat (Nyungnay) at KMC Mexico.
More than 60 people gathered with a willing heart to practice together this powerful practice of thousand-armed Avalokiteshvara, a special method to develop compassion and purify negative karma.
We had the clear and inspiring guidance of Kelsang Sangshe, who accompanied us through each stage of the retreat, helping us to connect with the true purpose of this profound practice. It was a beautiful weekend, full of peace, positive energy and many blessings.
Thank you to all who participated with such enthusiasm and faith. May the merits of this retreat benefit all beings!

With deep joy and gratitude, at our Temple at KMC Barcelona, we share the blessing of having taken part in this powerful Nyungnay purification retreat, guided by the compassionate presence of Thousand-Armed Avalokiteshvara.

KMC Rio in Brazil
This past weekend, KMC Rio hosted the beautiful and powerful Nyungnay purification retreat, which is traditional in all Kadampa centers around the world. Despite the challenge of fasting and prostrations, the KMC Rio Sangha was light and united throughout, living these two days under the strong inspiration and blessings of Guru Avalokiteshvara. May we never be separated from our precious Guru and his compassionate vision of pacifying negativity for the benefit of all living beings through these virtuous actions.
