Purification at the UK Dharma Celebration 2024
The UK Dharma Celebration 2024 recently took place at Nagarjuna KMC Thornby Hall, bringing together many people both in person and online. The event featured the empowerment of Buddha Vajrasattva and teachings with Kadam Bridget Heyes, the National Spiritual Director for the UK, with an introduction by Gen Kelsang Dornying and meditations guided by Gen Kelsang Tilopa.Â
The teaching marquee was filled with guests from all over the UK. Everyone came with the same intention - to enjoy time together, deepen their understanding of Kadam Dharma, and receive the blessing empowerment of Buddha Vajrasattva with Kadam Bridget Heyes, the NKT-IKBU National Spiritual Director for the UK. We all felt incredibly blessed to be able to gather at Nagarjuna KMC Thornby Hall! The scenic surroundings of the center made this event even more magical.
The weekend at the UK Dharma Celebration was filled with loving community vibes, bringing smiles to everyone’s faces! Catching up with friends, meeting like-minded people, and enjoying wisdom teachings brought out the best in us all. Thank you, Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche, for giving us this wonderful opportunity to gather joyfully to study and meditate on the profound meaning of Buddha's teachings. Next year we meet at Tara International Kadampa Retreat Centre for Buddha Vajrapani empowerment!
