Beneficial Public Talks around the world
This month, some centers have organized inspiring public talks, allowing others to connect with wonderful Dharma teachings. KMC Barcelona, Sukhavati KBC in Querétaro and Mahamudra KBC in Uruguay are featured here.

KMC Barcelona's Resident Teacher, Gen Kelsang Lochani, gave a public talk called 3 Keys to a Positive Restart to 280 people at the new urban center inaugurated in April by Gen-la Dekyong and recently visited by Gen-la Jampa.
The talk gave us practical tools to stop, reconnect and restart so that we can succeed in building a happy life. Many thanks to everyone who helped to make this event possible.
We hope that our urban and retreat centers will continue to grow and that we can spread Dharma throughout the region.

Every year our beautiful center, Sukhavati KBC, in Santiago de Querétaro, is blessed by the visit of Gen Sangden. This year she visited for 3 days.
On Friday evening we had a public talk on How to solve our anger problem with 93 happy participants. On Saturday we had a meditation retreat called How does the world exist? How do I exist? enjoyed by 87 people. Finally on Sunday morning she led the community in Wishfulfilling Jewel prayers with Tsog.
All the Sangha deeply appreciate Gen Sangden's visit and we hope she will visit again next year.
wonderful weekend with gen rinchung in uruguay
Last weekend at Mahamudra KBC, we had the opportunity to welcome our National Spiritual Director, Gen Kelsang Rinchung, who kindly visited us from Argentina.
More than fifty people attended over the weekend and received teachings on love, kindness, and inner peace. We had a wonderful weekend full of teachings and blessings.
She inspired us to practice meditation and use this technique to reduce our anxiety. Gen Rinchung encouraged us to cherish each other and to maintain harmony in our community.
We are very grateful to have these teachings in our country and in our language, and to have a center where we can put them into practice and share our experience with our Sangha.
