Gen Rabten gave public talks in Auckland, Palmerston North and Wellington, and a full-day course in Christchurch, all on the topic "Fearless: How to Confront Your Anxiety". During the course, he shared six invaluable and practical strategies on defeating our anxiety. We sincerely thank Gen Rabten for bringing much inspiration and energy to New Zealand.
