On Thursday, 29th June, Gen-la Kunsang visited KMC Edinburgh to deliver a talk. She guided the attendees through insightful teachings and clear meditations, offering practical solutions to everyday problems. Drawing on authentic Buddhist teachings, Gen-la highlighted the inner causes of stress and anxiety, emphasizing that lasting peace and happiness always depend on the mind.
During the Scottish Yoga Day 2023 event at Dynamic Earth in Edinburgh, the resident teacher of KMC Edinburgh, Gen Wangmo, guided a group of over 30 people through special meditations and teachings from the book 'How to Transform Your Life.' Everyone present thoroughly enjoyed the workshop and wanted to learn more about Kadampa Buddhism.
