Southeast Asian Dharma Celebration in Penang, Malaysia
Blessing empowerment of Buddha Vajrasattva
Last weekend 120 fortunate Kadampas gathered together in person in Penang, Malaysia from seven countries across Asia to celebrate the Southeast Asian Dharma Celebration, with a further 30 Kadampas joining the event online.
Gen Kelsang Rabten, the National Spiritual Director of Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand granted the blessing empowerment of Buddha Vajrasattva and gave teachings on karma and the practice of purification.
The morning meditations throughout the Celebration were led by Kelsang Lamchung, the Resident Teacher of Vajrapani KBC in Penang.
"We offer heartfelt thanks to the Teachers and organisers of this precious event. May we sincerely put these instructions into practice so that we may be of benefit to the people of the modern world."
