Blessing empowerment of Dorje Shugden
Midwest Kadampas gathered at KMC Madison from 5 states: Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan and Iowa to receive the blessings of Dorje Shugden granted by Gen Kelsang Demo, Midwestern US National Spiritual Director!
"Gen Kelsang Dorje, Resident Teacher at KMC Madison, launched the weekend with an intro talk from "Mirror of Dharma with Additions". Gen Kelsang Chokyi, Resident Teacher at KMC Bloomington, guided the meditations.
"For NKT Day, we received Dorje Shugden empowerment, commentary on Heart Jewel, inspiring videos with Gen-la Kelsang Dekyong and Resident Teachers from around the world in addition to regional inspiration with Gen Kelsang Zamling, Resident Teacher at KMC Chicago. We topped the day with Gen Wangden, Resident Teacher at KMC Indianapolis, with a short teaching and guided meditation on relying upon a Spiritual Guide followed by "Request to the Holy Spiritual Guide Prayer" and extended mantra recitation."
